A  man robbed the Dunkin’ on Country Club Road in Endwell at gun point yesterday. Police are searching for him. He’s in his 20s or 30s, medium build wearing a tan Carhartt Jacket and blue jeans. He was wearing a mask and ask anyone with information to contact  police. No one was hurt. 


State  Lawmakers will vote on a new bill protecting a woman’s right to choose. The bill would decriminalize abortions and hold up Roe v Wade as a State Law, should it ever be struck down by the U.S. Supreme Court. Critics say the bill removes previously existing  health and safety regulations for late-term abortions. 


Governor  Cuomo wants to ban mugshots and booking information from being released by law enforcement agencies when they make an arrest.  The governor says that websites make people pay exorbitant fees to have their mugshots taken down even if charges are later dropped.


A  heavy police presence is expected outside Covington Catholic High School in Kentucky today as protests are planned.  The American Indian Movement Chapters of Indiana and Kentucky reportedly plan peaceful protests after a Covington student faced off with Native  American activist in Washington DC. 


The 2019 Oscar nominations will be announced this  morning.  They’ll be announced live on YouTube starting at 8:20 A.M. Roma, Black Panther, Bohemian Rhapsody, and Vice are all favored to get best pictures nominations. The Oscars are February 24th on ABC.
