Jessa Duggar Mom-Shamed For The Innocent Activity She Had Her Kids Do

Former 19 Kids and Counting and Counting On star Jessa Duggar has grown up sharing her life with the world, and she continues to do it as a mom. Along with her husband, Ben Seewald, Jessa posts photos on social media of what it's like parenting her three kids, four-year-old Spurgeon, three-year-old Henry, and 10-month-old Ivy.

As is the case with most celebrities who share moments with their families, Jessa has often been a victim of mom-shaming. Sometimes she ignores the opinionated fans and sometimes she shuts them down. Well this week, Jessa posted some pictures and a video of how she is keeping the kids busy while they practice social distancing. It seemed innocent enough, with the children just putting popcorn on strings and singing, put it still managed to bring out the mom-shaming trolls.

One wrote, "I'd be so nervous to give my kids needles! lol You're a brave mama," while another chimed in, "Popcorn around a baby? Geesh."

Jessa's fans came to her defense, stating, "Cross stitch needles are not that sharp. And when they sting themselves they know that hurt so they won't do it again." Another person commented, "That's great fine motor skills."

As yet, Jessa hasn't responded to the shamers.
