Tori Spelling hates water.
The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum opened up about her aversion to liquid on the latest episode of iHeartRadio podcast misSpelling, revealing that she's confused about how she's "able to live her life in a state of dehydration."
"First of all, I don't drink water, which, if you know me, you know me, and you know that's just crazy weird. The factual numbers, the percentage, our body is comprised of 75 percent water. So I like to say I'm an anomaly because I don't drink water. And when I say I don't drink water, I don't drink water. Like how I'm still living? No one knows."
The reality star's water-repellent ways also contribute to her fear of other liquids, as she believes that every open drink handed to her is poisoned, even if it's made by someone in her circle. Spelling traces this very real fear back to her childhood. The star's mother once crushed a baby aspirin and gave it to her in a spoonful of Coca-Cola, and that's what started it all.
"So this goes back to childhood. This is crazy. This irrational fear of handed-over liquids from other people. But it ties into my fear of water because I don't drink water. I don't call it a fear of water. I just call it — I like to say, you know, I hate water."
Spelling has been to the hospital a few times because of dehydration caused by her repulsion of water.
