'Life Goes On' Sequel Starring Kellie Martin in the Works at NBC

Yet another TV show from the '90s could be getting a reboot!

Life Goes On, which premiered in 1989 and ran for four seasons on ABC, was the first television show to feature a person with Down Syndrome as a main character. But will Corky be part of the new series?

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the new Life Goes On will follow Kellie Martin's character Becca Thatcher as she returns to her hometown as an accomplished doctor. A put-pilot has been ordered, but it still has to be picked up for a formal pilot before filming starts.

No mention of Chris Burke, who played Corky, returning for this show... But what's Life Goes On without him?

Here's the intro from the original. Brings back memories, right? Who didn't love this show?!

Oh, and if thinking about this show makes you want to try to find it on a streaming service... Good luck with that. I searched all over Google and can't find any information about it streaming anywhere. Someone needs to get on that!
