Super scary new statistics are showing 95% of store-bought baby found contains toxic chemicals. The study found toxic heavy metals, including arsenic and lead, in most of the food it tested. The FDA says those metals accumulate in the body and have been linked to lower IQ and behavior problems in children.
- Anything with Rice. Both brown and wild rice, and anything made with rice in it. No Puff rice snacks.
- Teething biscuits. Do frozen or chilled cucumbers instead.
- Fruit Juices. Rather, do water or formula.
- Carrots and sweet potatoes. They are ok as long as they aren't exclusive. Mix up your veggies.
