Disney World is making some changes this holiday season. The theme park is ditching Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party in favor of a new limited-capacity nighttime event, Disney Very Merriest After Hours. The new Magic Kingdom event will cost folks extra over the regular park admission, but will include four hours of nighttime festivities, shorter lines to 20 select attractions, and plenty of holiday festivities, including “Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks” show. The Very Merry Christmas Party will run on select nights from November 8ththrough December 21st. Tickets go on sale in August.
